You are required to conduct an external analysis case study of a mature organisation or company of your choice.
To do this, you need to:
• analyse the eight major domains of the organisation’s external environment and provide a brief assessment of the organisation’s current Life Cycle stage.
• formulate an entrepreneurship strategy to deal with the identified issues.
The analysis is to be presented as a business report and must include descriptive explanation as well as critical analysis.
The report should use the following structure:
