Utilising the Assessment Centre feedback, information provided during the lectures, tutorials, recommended reading, the team presentations and additional research you have undertaken, and making use of any relevant feedback and development points received during the module and from your first assignment you need to:Review and consider your individual feedback from the Assessment Centre, and, using this, reflect on your performance in the activities in the light of this feedback with a view to using this to support you when participating in employer assessment centres in the future. Complete a comprehensive personal analysis of what you have to offer a potential employer currently. This should include your current skills, knowledge and experiences, both academic and from other areas of your life. Once you have completed your analysis, you should review where you see yourself against the identified requirements for your chosen role or sector. This should be completed as a gap analysis, for example: What are your current areas of skill and experience? Where do you need to add more evidence of your competence? What additional skills & experiences do you need to add? What opportunities are available to you to do this? Would you feel confident going through a selection process? What may impact upon your ability to gain this competency and/or experience? Having completed the above, you are in a position to develop your Career Personal Development Plan (PDP). This should show both the short-term and longer-term actions required to prepare you to be successful in gaining an opportunity in the area you have identified. Your actions must be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-bound).Complete and provide the outcome results for the following Psychometric tests: Verbal Reasoning Test VRT3 and Numerical Reasoning Test NRT3 (see information below about required Appendices).Complete a STAR competency framework to illustrate your competence in team working.
