Write a report to the diversity manager that:
1) Evaluate managing diversity and multiculturalism as a source of sustainable competitive advantage
for an organisation like above and provide a comprehensive review of the literature
2) Present an analysis based on your wider reading and experiences on the topic detailing the
arguments (practical and ethical) for and against the business case of diversity. (Analysis should be
given in the context of the above organisation)
3) Based on theoretical and practice informed research, provides clear recommendations for a
strategy to enhance alignment between HRM and diversity management practices in longer term for
the above given organization. This should also include an action plan for implementation.
