Vision Board Reflection Worksheet
Reflect on what you have learned about yourself while creating your vision board and the connections between your goals, what motivates you, and the actions you can take to achieve your goals.
Write a 75- to 90-word response to each of the following prompts:
- Describe one of the items you placed on your vision board that stands out to you. What does the item represent? Why is it important?
- Explain how your intrinsic motivations (those that come from within yourself) will help you achieve your goals.
- Explain how your extrinsic motivations (those that come from outside yourself) will help you achieve your goals.
- Describe what motivates you in your academic life. How are these motivations the same or different from what motivates you in your personal life?
