This assignment is about to change a behaviour or self-control.
The behaviour that I am about to change should be a problem of self-control.
Central to the definition of self-control as was outlined in the tutorial class is that the behaviour is driven by the immediate consequences at the cost of the longer-term consequences. The behaviour that I am suggesting to change must fit into the definition and so as to modify by the means suggested.
There are lots of behaviours which I can suggest to modify, for example, study behaviour, exercise, diet, housework, sleep behaviour, social media usage, mobile device usage, drinking water, & skin care.
In this case, I choose a combined option if possible:
study behaviour, exercise, diet, housework, sleep behaviour, social media usage, mobile device usage, drinking water & skin care.
It is a whole lot of sequence and they are all related for getting the result.
For example, to refocus on study and get higher grade, I need to eat well, keep fit, I need to drink more water so I won’t be dehydrated, and reduce the acne and pimple, also study and sleep better without comprising my health, to spare more time to achieve all these, I need to reduce the time usage on social media and mobile device.
