Conduct an interview with them in order to learn how they go about engaging clients in change process, including strategies, challenges and lessons learned. Write a brief (2-3) page reflection paper summarizing what you learned from these conversations, including a discussion of how their experience is similar or dissimilar from the concepts we have discussed in this course. What surprised you most about their experience?
