Under the supervision of your instructor, you are required to write one (1) UAE or GCC case company and target for case journal submission that present your analysis/findings about issues regarding Strategic Management in the company of your choice. In your case paper you must:

Organize and outline your own selected case research on any contemporary issues of Strategic Management.

Frame your case study paper in order to define the current state of knowledge and present your particular case.
·
The case studies paper must illustrate how strategy is formulated or implemented; appropriate economic and policy reviews, etc.
·
Communicate formally your position through writing that is designed to influence others and gain acceptance of your strategies for overcoming any organization problems relating to issues of strategic management in organizations with particular reference to the UAE commercial environment.

Keep your case study paper focus on relevant issues.
·
Present a unique solution or a unique approach to overcoming any organization problems and dilemmas based on the evidence you present in your case analysis.

Establish your credibility. Here you are demonstrating that you have a command of the issues and the research behind them, and can present them clearly and concisely.

Provide a non-objection letter/certificate from the case company to publish your case findings.
For case journal submission, you are required to:

Provide non-objection letter – consent for case publication.
·
Reference your work using APA standards.
·
In order to ensure your works are clean error free, submit your written case for proofread.
Some guidelines:
If you work within an organization, you may develop position case study papers that are consistent with current strategic management views. Make sure that you develop supporting evidence for your point of view including verification of information, factual knowledge, statistical/financial evidence (if any) and authoritative testimony.
You should identify the issues and prejudices keeping in mind your audience in terms of being prepared to list and anticipate any counterclaims. Assume familiarity with basic concepts but define unfamiliar terms and concepts and be clear on your meanings that define your position.
